I'm shocked at how well this stuff works, and it's only upgraded water! This just shows how food = medicine. My eGFR was slowly declining (50 at some point..), but after adding hydrogen water to my daily vitamins , I'm back above 70 and still increasing. It doesn't taste like anything and no side effects.
